Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance European Cup: double success in Magione for the Altinier Motorsport & Biker's Island team

The final act of the trophy Moto Guzzi Fast Endurance European Cup, the single-brand series contested on the saddle of Moto Guzzi V7III equipped with GCorse Racing Kit and tires Pirelli Phantom Sportscomp RS, is expected to Misano il 10 October 2021. Only then will the winning crew be known.

The Magione races

The team Altinier Motorsport & Biker's Island, made up of Emiliano Bellucci and Tommaso Totti, won both “mini-endurance” da 60 minutes held at the Umbria Autodrome. Two hard-fought successes that allow this team to be part of the four crews that will compete for the final success of the series in the final round in Misano. In fact, only one 90-minute “mini endurance” remains on the agenda at the moment Team Pablo is leading the standings with 77 points, followed by the winners from Magione of Altinier Motorsport & Biker's Island at 70, then by Guaracing Factory Team 1 in third position with 63 points and just one point ahead of VMS Benty 2 at odds of 62.

On the Umbrian route, the potential of the bike once again emerged Moto Guzzi V7III in racing version. The very young Filippo Rovelli, paired with DJ Ringo on the Virgin Radio team car, set the fastest lap in both races: 1'22"822 in race 1 and 1'22"725 in race 2 , at an average of 109,099 km/h.

In the first race the duo Bellucci and Totti recovered positions from the early stages of the race until they took the lead by overtaking Team Pablo made up of Francesco Curinga and Paolo Rovelli. Also interesting was the comparison for the third place won by Guaracing Factory Team 1 (Gianfranco Rubini and Matteo Minganti), in the duel with Garage 71 (Dario Appella – Samuele Colonna) and Moto Club dei Rapaci (Luca Fornasiero – Mauro Rossignoli).

In race 2 the Altinier Motorsport & Biker's Island team competed for another success with the VMS Benty 2, which came second but is still a protagonist among the teams that will fight for the title. Also on the podium of the race was the CID'A Reparto Corse 1 team (Davide Rossi – Nicola Maccaferro) who defended third place in the duel with Team Pablo, Guaracing Factory Team 1 and Moto Club dei Rapaci.
