Competing with the new V7 or the previous V7 III

The new Moto Guzzi V7 presents a new 850cc twin-cylinder engine and has evolved from a technical point of view. The set-up of the racing version derives from the work of the Guareschi brothers, historic Moto Guzzi preparers, who developed the GCorse Racing Kit dedicated to the new example, keeping in mind the experience accumulated in previous editions of the trophy.
Along with the safety devices, including a front brake lever protection and a sump plate, there is also a package of functional and aesthetic modifications such as a front fairing, half handlebars, raised footrests, a solo seat and rear mudguard, then number plates , cartridge kit for front suspension, rear shock absorbers and complete exhaust system. Also highlighted are the dedicated mapping of the engine control unit and an oversized front brake disc with specific brake pads. For the night race, the fairing features a housing for the headlight to which an additional rear light is also added.
The collaboration with Pirelli, sole supplier of the Trophy, has been confirmed. All V7s used are equipped with Pirelli Phantom Sportscomp RS racing tyres.
It is also possible to race with the previous racing version of the Moto Guzzi V7III, protagonist in the first three years of the single-brand store. For those who ride this version there is a dedicated ranking.
