Piaggio Group and Moto Guzzi – Opens today Motor Bike Expo, the most important European exhibition linked to the world of custom and special motorcycles scheduled in Verona until Sunday 21 January. An event in which two of the most renowned motorcycle brands will participate: Moto Guzzi, an inexhaustible source of inspiration for the most famous customizers in the world and Aprilia, whose technological knowledge developed in competitions is translated into unique motorcycles such as the RSV4 superbike and the hypernaked Tuono V4.

The Moto Guzzi space at Veronafiere (Hall 4) is a tribute to the motorcycle in its most classic form and to customisation. Moto Guzzi's values of authenticity are expressed in the new features of the eagle range: the new ones V7 III Carbon, Milano and Rough, flanked by the V7 III Racer, express the many facets of an iconic motorcycle, available in three new versions, each of which shows off a well-defined soul and style. Also present are the V9 Roamer and V9 Bobber, still refined in style and finishes, the timeless California Touring cruiser and the extraordinary MGX-21, the unconventional bagger powered by the 1400 cc big block, the largest V-twin ever produced in Europe. The love for a Moto Guzzi is also expressed in the infinite possibilities of customization, a custom soul that is fueled by an extraordinary range of original accessories to create your own tailor-made special. Every enthusiast can compete with these extraordinary creations thanks to Moto Guzzi Garage and its online virtual space, www.garagemotoguzzi.com.

In the Aprilia space (Hall 6), sportsmanship is the absolute protagonist. The Aprilia Racing truck gives visitors a preview of the strong adrenaline-filled impression around which the entire range of Noale motorcycles on display in Verona revolves. At center stage the spotlight is on the Aprilia RSV4 equipped with the new Factory Works Kit, an exclusive "package" that allows the Superbike winner of 7 world titles to reach one maximum power of almost 220 HP, at the same time reducing the overall weight by approximately 10 kg. The kit also intervenes on aerodynamics by introducing winglets for the first time ever, aerodynamic appendages that contribute to bringing benefits in terms of stability of the motorbike. This is a technology developed by Aprilia Racing on the RS-GP prototype competing in the MotoGP World Championship and which, for the first time ever, is also made available to Factory Works customers.

The Kit created for the Aprilia RSV4 represents an expansion of the Aprilia Racing Factory Works project, a unique program in the world which makes Aprilia Racing technology available to everyone, boasting 54 World Titles and which proposes various evolutionary steps up to the pinnacle represented by the FW- GP, equipped with an engine with pneumatic valve distribution of around 250 HP, directly derived from the V4 engine that ran in the 2015 MotoGP season. The presence of the highly appreciated hypernaked Tuono V4 1100 Factory and Aprilia's fun bike: the eclectic Dorsoduro 900, in the new 2018 Exciting Dark color is unmissable. Aprilia has always been able to speak to younger motorcyclists and generations of Champions have grown up on Venetian motorbikes. The tradition is renewed this year with great attention to smaller displacements: in Verona Aprilia presents the new Aprilia SX 50, the ideal motorbike for taking the first steps into the supermotard world, the "small" street fighter Tuono 125 in the new Dark Energy look , and the sporty RS 125, a true Superbike in the "eighth of a liter" class now in the Replica GP version.
