Moto Guzzi V100 Mandello and a conservative renovation project of the industrial site a Mandello del Lario they are the most recent and interesting innovations of the historic brand, which will celebrate its anniversary on March 15th 101 years. A centuries-old tradition projected forward towards a new century of history, according to a constant path of technical and technological evolution.

The new model presented on the occasion of EICMA is characterized by an aesthetic characterized by fluid and aerodynamic features combined with refined technical solutions, from a fairing with a reference to the Le Mans 850 III of the 1981, to the underseat side panels with slits that recall the model Le Mans of the 1976. The light signature with DRL and "bending lights" system is distinctive and the adaptive aerodynamics are peculiar.
There are two versions distinguishable by the equipment, the one with the most extensive equipment also features: heated grips, Öhlins semi-active suspension, quick shift system and Moto Guzzi MIA multimedia platform which allows you to connect the smartphone to the instruments via Bluetooth with different functions.

The bike is powered by a new engine “compact block” twin-cylinder di 1.042 cc, recognizable by the 90° transverse V architecture as per tradition. A compact and lightweight propulsive heart, 103 mm shorter than the small block that powers the Moto Guzzi V85 TT example. The lubrication is wet sump and liquid cooling, also highlighting a hydraulic control for the wet clutch.
The cardan shaft final transmission is associated with a rather extended aluminum single-arm placed on the left. The output of the transmission shaft is lower than in previous Moto Guzzi engines, as reported.
We note a power of over 115 horsepower with a torque of over 105 Nm, 90% available from 3.500 rpm and a limiter at 9.500 rpm.

As mentioned, a conservative renovation project of the industrial site of the brand in Mandello del Lario, the place where Moto Guzzi models have been produced for 100 years.
An intervention that will affect the entire site, considering the project studied by the famous American architect and designer Greg Lynn. An environment with open and usable spaces is outlined, giving rise to a community center where culture, design and mechanics converge, also keeping environmental sustainability in mind.

The new buildings will be developed using existing volumes and according to a functional management of energy resources, taking into account photovoltaic systems and eco-sustainable materials.
The expansion of production capacity, in the face of a constant increase in market demand, adds up to an innovative concept of the plant. In addition to the new factory, conference spaces, a hotel and a restaurant are also planned. Completion of the works is expected for the first half of 2025.
