After the request for clarification on the proposed provisions of Decree of 28 October published in the Official Journal on 1 December, regarding the practice of enduro, off-road motor touring and the holding of off-road sporting events, Confindustria ANCMA (National Association of Cycle and Motorcycle Accessories) e IMF (Italian Motorcycle Federation) have obtained further reassurance.

The clarification

Confindustria ANCMA e IMF have received an opinion from the legislative office of the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies regarding the provisions of the aforementioned Decree of 28 October published in the Official Journal on 1 December. Returning to the note issued: “The decree [...] cannot (and does not want to) introduce innovative or restrictive rules concerning [...] the transitability or usability of forest roads; nor can it produce prohibitive effects on the possibility of organizing recreational and sporting activities in forest areas"
Previously, a certain disappointment had emerged against what seemed to be provisions that could have compromised enduro activities, off-road two-wheel tourism and various sporting events in this area. During the day, the reassurance was reported via a joint note.
