Moto Club Spoleto: enduro and trial events conquer Verona
Great public success for the first round of the Italian Indoor Trial Championship
Moto Club Spoleto – Great public success for the first rehearsal of Italian Indoor Trial Championship and for the 2nd MBE Urban Enduro Trophy organized by Moto Club Spoleto on the occasion of Motor Bike Expo. The two events organized by the Spoleto Moto Club also contributed to the success of the event dedicated to custom (but not only).
After designing and creating the tracks for both competitions, the Moto Club also took care of their organisation. The great work of the staff was rewarded by the large audience and the appreciation of the participants. For the 2nd MBE Urban Enduro Trophy, held on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st in the external area B2, a very technical dirt track had been prepared in collaboration with the former world champion Marco Rinaldi, which contained all the difficulties and obstacles that you can meet them in an enduro race. Thirty drivers at the start, divided into three categories: Mini 65, Mini 85 and Open. On the first day the winners were Marcello Bruschi (KTM) in 65, Alessio Gallo (Husqvarna) in 85 and Andrea Spagliaccia (Beta) in Open. On Sunday Bruschi repeated himself by winning the mini 65, while in the 85 the victory went to Andrea Bocconi. Victory for his son Enrico Rinaldi in the Open. No less spectacular and followed by the public were the races of the first round of the Italian Trial Indoor championship, which were held inside pavilion 9. The winner of this first round was the Spaniard Jorge Casales (Vertigo), who in the final won preceded by Matteo Grattarola (Montesa) and Gianluca Tournour (Gas Gas). After this first test, the Italian's classification sees Grattarola in command (the Spaniard Casales did not collect any points). Second position for Tournour and third for Pietro Fioletti (Jotagas) who can be considered the revelation of the Verona races.
In addition to a passionate and competent audience, this first test was also followed by the FMI President Giovanni Copioli, and by the new trial coordinator of the federation Francesco Lunardini, who appreciated the commitment and organization of the Moto Club Spoleto, which proved as always up to the situation.
