MIVV presents Delta Race and GP-Pro, the silencers for Kawasaki Z900 and ZX-10R

The first-rate technical base and the attention to detail typical of artisanal workmanship also contribute to making them unique

MIVV – Presented at the latest edition of EICMA, the two new terminals finally arrive on the market MIVV Delta Race e GP-Pro for the Kawasaki Z900 e ZX-10R.

The naked and faired ones from the House of Akashi were chosen by MIVV to present its latest generation exhausts on the market, both Euro 4 approved and equipped with a strong dose of aesthetics, low weight, top-of-the-range materials and assemblies and a decent gain on standard performance (which is not easy given the two bikes choices for this “premiere”). The first-rate technical base and the attention to detail typical of artisanal workmanship also contribute to making them unique. In total we are talking about five setups, all tested on both Kawasakis.

Design and technology meet to give life to an exhaust, the Delta Race, characterized by the gradual transformation of the shape, from conical to hexagonal. It is a unique silencer, the ideal companion for naked and sports bikes, made so by many technical details, such as the carbon end cap, the double riveted clamp, the inlet bush machined from solid to offer a perfect coupling, the general aerodynamics of the body. Delta Race is offered in versions stainless (with brushed steel body with “pearlled” effect obtained through a special finishing process) e Black (with central body in black steel with "black moon" effect, obtained through a ceramic-based paint which gives the product a particularly aggressive look).

GP-Pro it is the techno-stylistic evolution of one of MIVV's iconic exhausts: the GP muffler inspired by the world of racing. The Pro version features semi-artisan TIG welding, extreme precision on the couplings and a captivating sound. The pipe exiting the exhaust is completed, as is often seen on circuits, by a removable protection grate, which hides the dB-Killer inside. Also in this case the reference segments are high performance motorbikes such as latest generation sports and supernaked motorbikes. Also on the GP-PRO the MIVV logo is laser made. The new terminal is produced in three different versions: Black, (central body in stainless steel and ceramic-based paint, as already indicated for the Delta Race), Titanium (body finished to obtain the “pearlled” effect) e Carbon (characterized by the shiny finish of the fiber).

The retail prices (identical for Z900 and ZX-10R) are 486 euros Carbon, 425 euros Black, 486 euros Titanium for the GP-Pro series; for the Delta Race series 572 euros Inox and 633 euros Black.
