During November registrations of two-wheeled vehicles (displacement exceeding 50 cc) were 11.001. An increase of 19,93% compared to the same month in 2019. A market driven in particular by motorcycles, considering 5.002 vehicles sold and a surge of 40,86%. Also interesting is the figure linked to scooters of 5.999 units, with a growth of 6,71%. The data for mopeds was also positive with an increase of 10,38% and 1.457 vehicles registered. Overall, the percentage linked to the market, considering the total (registered + mopeds) in November, is growing by double digits with an indicated + 18,73 % and the entry of 12.458 vehicles.

The electric vehicle market

The interest in them is always positive electrical specimens. In the month of November 1.334 units of this type were purchased, ensuring a growth of 95% compared to the same month last year. The cumulative total is close to ten thousand units, a total of 9.977 vehicles sold since the beginning of the year and an increase of 122%. Scooters are highlighted with 58% of the market and 5.778 registered vehicles, a reported growth of 282%.

The first eleven months of 2020

According to data collected, the registered vehicles amounted to 210.981 and a decrease of 6,58%, referring to the same period of 2019. The trend of scooters and motorbikes was similar: the former with 120.911 vehicles and an annual decrease of 6,76%, while the others with 90.070 vehicles and a decrease of 6,33%. Compared to last year, the figure for mopeds remains substantially stable, with 18.236 units and a growth of 0,83%. Taking into account the market total, we indicate 229.217 vehicles sold and a decrease of 6,03% compared to the same period of 2019.
