Motorcycle and scooter market, ANCMA: registrations growing by 35% in November
It increases by more than a third compared to 2021
A new positive month for the market for motorized two-wheeled models, following last month's 26% increase. The market continues to grow even at November and there is another double-digit increase in monthly registrations of mopeds, scooters and motorbikes, with an increase of 35% on the same period last year.

Il balance of the last two months allows the overall market to consolidate parity compared to 2021, considering an increase of 0,85% and 282.593 registrations. A recovery that also concerns scooters, even if the data remains negative with a decline of 5,3% and 139.338 units. The cumulative annual figure for mopeds remains in line with the monthly figure, with a growth of 15,37% equal to 20.289 units, as is the market linked to motorbikes, which is also positive with an increase of 6,48% and 122.966 units.
Also interesting is the electrical front, growing in November. An increase of 83,29% with 1.503 sales. Moving on to the cumulative annual figure, the market exceeds the quota of fifteen thousand units, given the 15.739 units placed and a growth of 58,6%. Scooters represent two thirds of the electric market, underlining an increase of 62,93% and 9.416 registered examples.
In month of November the market for two-wheeled motorized vehicles increases by more than a third (35,12%), compared to 2021, reaching 16.476 sales. The figure for scooters was positive with a double-digit increase of 42,52% for the second month in a row and 8.692 registrations. In succession the motorcycle market with 6.403 registered vehicles and an increase of 30,75%. The trend of mopeds was also positive, in light of 1.381 examples registered with an increase of 15,28%.
