Essential and refined shapes, frame in SMC, electric propulsion. The characterizing factors of the production signed by the Brescian ME Group. The new models were presented on the occasion ME 2.5 e ME 6.0.

The quality characteristics

The tense, simple and communicative shapes stand out. Expressions of a newly conceived mobility linked to the four adjectives mentioned in the same principle: “cheeky and gentleman, visionary but also a little retro”.
New examples linked to the patented frame made in SMC (Sheet Molding Compound), a thermosetting and recyclable material (through a new use in the cement production process in accordance with the European regulation WFD 2008/98/EC), obtained in sheets through “grafts of cut glass fiber filaments onto a layer of polyester resin”. A functional material in several respects, considering resistance and weight.
A double charging mode has been reported, opting for the extraction of the lithium battery or a direct connection to the power supply, using a domestic electrical socket 220 V. A full charge is estimated in 5,5 hours, considering the indications. Moving on to autonomy, according to the data proposed, we are talking about 70 o 80 km for the specimens respectively ME 6.0 e ME 2.5.

Features and prices

Basically the scooter ME 2.5 turns out to be a "strengthening" of the first series ME Start Edition. A half from 2.5 kW which features an evolution of components and a renewed design of the powerline, obtaining a more substantial thrust. Proposed by 5.490 euros VAT included, which result 4.140 € with ECOBONUS, as indicated.
ME 6.0 instead it represents the first motorcycle of ME Group. Along with the updates regarding the 2.5 model, it features a powerline with a power rating of 6 kW e 10 kW peak, providing interesting performance in the segment. You can reach them 80 km/h of maximum speed. Speaking of numbers: indicated 6.490 euros VAT included, 4.894 € with ECOBONUS, always taking up the information disseminated.
