LS2 Helmets: presented the new FF906 Advant convertible helmet

Introduced in world premiere by LS2 HelmetsOn the occasion of Salon du 2 roues underway in Lyon, the new convertible helmet FF906 Advant. The new jet helmet is also previewed at the French exhibition dedicated to two wheels OF606 Drifter.

A new convertible helmet

Helmet LS2 FF906 Advant it is part of the urban commuter segment. These are modular and functional examples in multiple contexts, characterized by a 180° folding chin guard which allows the model to be configured as a full-face or jet helmet. Equipped with double approval P / J and new ECE 22.06 approval, is developed in two shells, proposed by size XS to size 3XL with a weight of 1.680 grams in size L. This model is made of KPA (Kinetic Polymer Alloy), resulting from a mix of materials that allows it to be resistant and flexible. The helmet is designed for the insertion of a Bluetooth interphone system.

Among the features we highlight a central air intake and a large rear one for air flow inside the helmet; furthermore, the external visor is developed with anti-scratch treatment and protection from UVA rays, like a retractable internal sun visor. The internal padding is laser cut, anti-allergic, removable and washable, furthermore the presence of reflective inserts in the lower parts of the padding and a small padded space present in the helmet for the use of sunglasses is highlighted. A "chin strap" also stands out which attenuates external noises and protects the rider from wind and cold. It also features a reinforced strap and a micrometric steel clasp. Available in stores starting from the end of May, the model has a five-year warranty with a starting price of 329 euros in the single-color version and 359 euros in the eight varied graphics.

A new jet helmet

The new helmet was also launched as a preview at the Salon du 2 roues fair in Lyon LS2 OF606 Drifter. A jet model equipped with the new ECE 22.06 approval and characterized by a detachable thermoplastic chin guard. There are two measurements of the outer shell and sizes ranging from XS to the 2XL. Size M indicates a weight of 1.380 grams.
Developed in KPA and characterized by a contemporary design, it has a padded interior and a transparent retractable sun visor. It features a ventilation system with two large air intakes in the upper area and the chin guard has perforations to optimize internal flow circulation.

This helmet is also equipped with an upper peak and the aforementioned internal sun visor can be replaced and is characterized by an anti-fog treatment and there is also a second free dark visor in the package. The helmet has an internal padding with anti-allergic treatment, removable and washable, is designed for the insertion of a Bluetooth interphone system and is equipped with a micrometric closure. Available from the beginning of June, the price amounts to 129 euros in the single-color versions in matte black, military green or sand and 149 euros in the three graphic variations.
