LS2 BREAKER FF390, the full-face Road Touring helmet for those who ride on medium and long-distance routes

LS2 BREAKER FF390 – BREAKER FF390 is the new LS2 full-face helmet. A protective and lightweight helmet that enters the Road Touring segment, suitable for those who ride their motorcycle on medium and long-distance routes, without sacrificing safety and style. BREAKER FF390 is a helmet that conquers, not only for its absolutely excellent technical characteristics, but also thanks to its captivating graphics.

The outer shell of the LS2 BREAKER FF390 has a particularly aerodynamic shape, and is molded in three sizes in KPA (Kinetic Polymer Alloy), exclusive to LS2, a mix of thermoplastic resins and fibre, an exceptionally light and flexible material capable of absorbing energy resulting from a possible impact and to resist penetration tests. The internal shell in differentiated density EPS, also printed in three sizes, guarantees maximum absorption of the energy generated in the event of an impact and is made with 3D Laser Cut Foam technology, synonymous with excellent comfort for every type of fit. The visor movement mechanism, patented LS2, is integrated into the line of the shell and has three springs positioned on the side plates which allow for quick release. The visor of the BREAKER FF390 is anti-scratch and anti-UV treated, and is printed with special polymers that make it particularly resistant to impacts. The 3D Optically Correct technology frees it from any type of optical distortion and allows optimal visibility in all driving conditions.

BREAKER FF390 is also characterized by the exclusive TSS (Twin Shield System) which, thanks to an internal sun visor that can be operated via the lever positioned in the lower left part of the helmet, allows riding in total comfort and maximum safety. The ventilation system is composed of an adjustable air intake fixed on the top of the helmet, an air intake on the chin guard and a rear extractor which also acts as a stabilizing spoiler. This system and the ducts on the internal shell allow fresh air to circulate inside the helmet. The air intake located near the chin guard features a two-level front ventilation system, which serves to avoid fogging. By moving the silver button downwards, the air flow is directed towards the internal part of the visor, while by operating the black one the air flow is directed towards the user's face, a flow that does not prevent comfortable driving as it is regulated by a high quality fabric inserted in front of the chin, removable if the temperature perceived on the face is too high. Particular attention was paid to the study of the padding, equipped with innovative solutions, to guarantee maximum comfort for the user. The interiors of BREAKER FF390 are all removable and washable and feature breathable and hypoallergenic Breath fabrics. Fabrics and sponges (laser cut) are coupled without any type of glue so that the air can circulate better. The upper cuff is heat-sealed while the side paddings are fixed to the shell via three magnets on each side. A system never previously used on protective helmets and which makes it extremely easy to remove and attach the side padding of the BREAKER FF390.

To further improve the passive safety of the BREAKER FF390, LS2 has included the system for quickly removing the side padding (Emergency Release System). By acting on the appropriate tapes, both the cheek padding and the neck guard can be easily removed, integrated in a single piece, both for safety and to improve even more comfort and silence.
The comfortable strap has a quick release closure with micrometric adjustment. A practical throat protector is also supplied as standard. BREAKER FF390 is ready for the LINKIN Ride Pal Bluetooth system, developed in collaboration with SENA.

The retail price of BREAKER FF390 is €159 in the single-color SOLID graphic version White, Matt Titanium, Matt Black and Black. The graphic versions SERGENT White Red Orange, CLASSIC White Black, SPLIT Matt Titanium HV Yellow and SPLIT White Red have a retail price of €179.
