LS2 ARROW EVO FF323 – ARROW, the flagship full-face racing helmet of the LS2 collection, evolves to become ARROW EVO. A helmet that contains all the technology and know-how constantly developed by the LS2 R&D Center in close collaboration with professional riders such as Loris Baz (MotoGP), Yonny Hernandez (MotoGP) and Isaac Viñales (Moto2), who wear it in races. ARROW EVO FF323 was designed to guarantee the safety of those who ride a high-performance sports bike on the track, but also to give a touch of style to those who wear it riding a Sports Tourer.

The outer shell, printed in 4 sizes (an absolute novelty in this new version), has a particularly aerodynamic shape, suitable for the world of speed. The C version is printed in carbon, while the R version is printed in HPFC (High Performance Fiberglass Composite), a special tri-composite fiber (glass fibre, aramid fibers and carbon) used exclusively by LS2 which blends with a resin specially designed organic. Both shells express characteristics of lightness and resistance, capable of dispersing the energy deriving from a possible impact. The internal shell, printed in four sizes, is made of EPS with differentiated densities to guarantee the best absorption of the energy that could be generated following an impact and is made with 3D Lase Cut Foam technology, synonymous with excellent comfort for every type of fit. The particular conformation of the cap It allows great lateral and superior visibility, guaranteeing an exceptional field of vision.

The visor movement mechanism, patented LS2, is integrated into the line of the shell to prevent any air resistance, does not require the use of any tools and has three springs positioned on the carbon look side plates. The visor has an anti-scratch and anti-UV treatment and is printed with special polymers which make it particularly resistant to impacts, as well as avoiding image distortion while offering maximum sharpness thanks to 3D Optically Correct technology. Both versions are equipped with Pinlock 70 Max Vision. The visor is designed for the external tear-off visor (optional in the C version). To prevent the visor from detaching from the shell in the event of a fall, LS2 has installed a visor retainer system on the ARROW EVO FF323. To activate the hook that holds it integral to the shell, simply close the visor, while to reopen it you need to press the button inserted in the front air intake located on the chin guard. Once pressed, the visor will raise a few millimeters. At this point the user can choose whether to open it completely or leave it in this position, to allow air to enter the shell and cool the temperature on hot summer days. A simple and effective device, which completes the exceptional ventilation system of the ARROW, designed to guarantee perfect air circulation inside the helmet: two adjustable air vents fixed on the upper part of the helmet, an air on the chin guard and three holes for the extraction of hot air on the back of the shell. In addition to the visor lock button, the air vent on the chin guard includes two other buttons. One is external and, when activated, allows air to enter and flow over the inside of the visor.

The second, however, is on the inside of the chin guard and opens two holes that convey air to the user's face. The ducts on the internal polystyrene shell allow fresh air to circulate inside the shell. The attention of the LS2 technicians also focused on the padding, created with innovative solutions to guarantee maximum comfort. The interiors are removable, washable and feature breathable and hypoallergenic Breath fabrics. To join the fabrics with the sponges (cut with laser), no type of glue is used so that the air can circulate better. The upper cuff is heat-sealed while the side paddings are fixed to the shell via three magnets on each side. A system never previously used on protective helmets and which makes it extremely easy to remove and attach the side padding of the ARROW EVO. To further improve the passive safety of this excellent helmet, LS2 has included the system for quickly removing the side padding (Emergency Release System). By acting on the appropriate red tapes, you can easily remove the cheek and neck pads, integrated in a single piece for safety and to increase comfort and silence.

The comfortable strap has a double ring closure, in perfect racing style, but is fixed to the shell with a two-plate system on each side which implements safety. The two final parts of the strap are locked on both the internal and external parts (visible just below the visor mechanism). Even in the event of a strong impact, the strap will not be able to detach from the helmet, which will always remain attached to the user's head, protecting it. A practical nose guard and a lower wind shield are supplied as standard (with a hole that allows you to activate the internal button, which in turn activates the air intake on the chin guard).

Like all LS2 helmets, the ARROW EVO FF323 is also approved according to the current ECE 22.05 regulation and is available in sizes ranging from XXS to 4XL.
