Lit Motors C1, the evolution of the scooter

Electric scooters will be the means of transport of the future and many manufacturers and motorcycle manufacturers have been investing time and money in these for several years now. If at electric scooter add the safety of a closed cockpit on two wheels then optimistic predictions of success can be made. TO putting all the elements into practice was Lit Motorsport concentrating them in a single vehicle, called C-1, with all the potential to revolutionize the world of two wheels and that of transport in general, especially urban transport.

Beyond the structure, design and power supply, the Lit Motors C-1 presents another very interesting innovation which significantly increases safety. The vehicle uses a particular system self-balancing which allows the cabin to position itself correctly not only on slalom courses, but also in the event of accidents and side impacts. This mechanism works thanks to a series of stabilizing torque discs, which will be activated and deactivated by the control unit which should change the parameters through the movements of the handlebars. Lit Motors C-1 will have aautonomy of 240 km approximately and will be able to go from 0 to 100 km/h in approximately 6,8 seconds. It will still take around six months for the first prototype to be tested, while as regards the price this should be around dollars 16.000.
