The last draft of the nicknamed Climate decree, based on what has emerged in recent hours, contains changes regarding the criterion of scrapping, also including the motorcycle.

Taking up what has been reported by various press outlets, in this document expected on Thursday 10 October in the Council of Ministers, we talk about resources equal to 255 million for a “Experimental mobility voucher program” aimed at residents in municipalities under community infringement procedure for the reduction of harmful emissions who, if they want to change auto up to Euro 3, they can have this “good mobility” that is worth 1.500 €. The same goes for i motorcycles, but with a "Bonus" di 500 € considering the scrapping of vehicles up to Euro 2 and Euro 3 two-stroke, as reported.
According to information, this “mobility voucher” it can be used in the following three years also for other services, including the purchase of traditional and pedal-assisted bicycles. Among the aspects mentioned, a quota of 40 million euros is indicated for the financing of projects aimed at the development or updating of preferential lanes for local public transport, except for the presentation of the same to the ministry from one or more locations in areas with a population exceeding 100.000 inhabitants and under the aforementioned inflation procedure for smog levels. There is also talk of 20 million allocated for the purchase of new electric or hybrid school buses, in any case not lower than a Euro 6 approval, intended for kindergartens and primary schools, always taking up what has emerged.
