The 'alternative' anti-theft device for scooters: when the wheel lock is not enough [VIDEO]

Anyone who has had their scooter or motorbike stolen despite the presence of the wheel lock system might perhaps give a thought to thenew and creative anti-thieves system which can be seen in these images.

As shown in the short video shared on social media by Luca Abete, correspondent for Striscia la Notizia, someone thought of an "infallible" ploy to avoid having their scooter stolen: fix the wheels to the ground with concrete castings. Certainly an anti-theft device whose strong point is not practicality of use, but which at least is thought to offer greater security than the classic wheel lock system.
