Suzuki GS1000 – The iconic Suzuki GS1000 is the latest motorcycle to be added to the Japanese brand's classic motorcycle program, Vintage Parts. The Japanese brand lists all the original parts still available for its "older" motorcycles on a website dedicated to them.

To demonstrate how many original parts are still available for its “older” bikes, Suzuki also built last year at Motorcycle Live a TL1000S from scratch using an old stock of original parts. Tim Davies of Suzuki GB said that “lThe GS1000 is renowned for its status as a classic motorcycle and this is still desirable today. Furthermore, the Japanese brand is pleased to be able to add this legendary model to its Vintage Parts program, with many parts still available.” The Vintage Parts from Suzuki makes maintaining or restoring one of these iconic motorcycles even easier, thanks to the manuals and other brochures that can be downloaded free of charge from the Vintage Parts website.

Suzuki's GS series it is characterized by the air-cooled, twin- or four-cylinder engine, in line with 2 or 4 valves per cylinder. This line of motorcycles is considered as a universal example of Japanese motorcycle, from which the Katana series was also created. There Suzuki GS1000 thus joins the RGV250 VJ21, GT750J-M, GSX-R750F-H, GT250EX and AP50 in the program Vintage Parts.
