Kymco: supply agreement for diagnostics with Texa

An official supply agreement has been signed between Texas, world leader in the multi-brand diagnostics sector and Padana Development, official importer of vehicles for Italy Kymco.

Italian authorized dealers and workshops linked to Kymco will adopt a system Navigator TEXA TXBe to find and repair possible malfunctions or carry out normal checks on the electronic part.
TEXA technicians together with those of the Italian branch of Kymco have developed software dedicated to the models developed by the manufacturer and the official network.
The system's hardware features make it compatible with existing protocols and the integrated 16-pin CPC connector allows the use of various diagnostic cables.

Equipped with 16 MBit SRAM memory and 8 GBit NAND Flash storage memory, these features allow the mechanic to easily manage the map files.
The supported CAN standards include the possibility of single wire CAN management and CAN controller for diagnosis on multiple networks, as reported.
The software developed for Padana Sviluppo is based on IDC5 BIKE, the TEXA diagnostic application that is functional and rapid in entering into communication with motor vehicles and in the various phases. You can also record the diagnostic session on the go as indicated.
