Through a short statement, addressing model owners KTM 790 Adventure e 790 Adventure R of the 2019 e 2020, interested parties are invited to go to an official dealer linked to the Austrian brand for a check and possible replacement of the brake hose which is connected from the ABS modulator to the rear brake caliper, following what is indicated.

The recall

The checks and possible replacement of parts require approximately 85 minutes of work, as anticipated, remembering that “must be carried out at an official KTM dealer”. The interventions are free as they are covered by the guarantee, it is underlined on this occasion.
It is also highlighted that users of models already delivered will be informed individually in writing, via registered mail, and then invited to contact a "KTM Dealer" as soon as possible and arrange an appointment dedicated to the possible replacement of parts "compatibly with the timing and limitations imposed by the current Covid-19 regulations", the press release states further. Customers, in this case, considering the chassis number, will be able to ascertain online whether the respective vehicle is affected by the operation or not, by consulting the Service section on the www.ktm.com portal, as reported again.
