In the first edition of World Adventure Week, over 2.000 motorcyclists they accepted the invitation from KTM e riser to carry out at least 1.000 km in a week, completing some daily challenges.

The initiative

There will be daily prizes and for just one of the protagonists the opportunity to win a new one as the final prize KTM 1290 Super Adventure S. A series of challenges within the challenge over seven days, from 5 per day July 11 2021.

During this event we remember in particular: over 2.000 registered people from 74 locations; 25.000 hours spent in the saddle; reaching a maximum altitude of 4.770 metres; 735 group trips carried out; the completion of the challenges by 1.005 drivers and 1,5 million kilometers completed.
World Adventure Week organizers, considering the attention, have confirmed that the format will become an annual event.

Several lovers of two wheels and long journeys, regardless of the brand of motorbike used, responded to the invitation and started moving to different parts of the world such as the Carretera Austral in Chile, or on the Canadian stretches, as happened on the roads of European continent. They took to the roads to complete the daily challenges, and 1.005 riders managed to complete at least four of the seven scheduled tests, which could range from a visit to a KTM dealer to reaching a certain type of height above sea level, to participate in the draw for the aforementioned final prize. The new KTM 1290 Super Adventure S was won by Norwegian Glenn V, as reported.
