KTM 890 Duke GP: a bold new definition for 2022 [PHOTO]

The new KTM 890 Duke GP is another roaring expression of the specimen known as “The Scalpel”.

The specialised farming model

The GP, in the overview KTM 890 Duke, is distinguishable from livery that evokes the climate of competitions where the classic KTM orange stands out. It also features a new seat cover of the passenger area e “R” style wheels always tinged withOrange. Technical and technological aspects

The bold features are combined with latest generation technological solutions, just as another functional aspect of the model is its low weight. The bike is equipped with LED headlights, a color TFT instrument panel, Cornering ABS solution with Supermoto mode and three Riding Modes, being able to choose between the programs Rain , Street e Sport. A fourth mode can also be purchased Track which allows customization of traction control intervention on nine levels, anti-wheelie and ride-by-wire accelerator response.
Among the electronic solutions linked to the KTM 890 Duke we also remember the Cornering Traction Control with 6D inertial platform which can detect the roll, pitch and yaw parameters with traction control management thanks to the use of two sensors focused on rear wheel slip and pitch angle control.
The character is then linked to the geometry designed to express agile and precise dynamism, with WP APEX suspensions and a parallel twin-cylinder heart LC8c. The power reaches 115 horses and the torque amounts to 92 Nm, as reported.
