KTM 250 SF-X Adamo Edition: the exclusive replica of the world champion's motorbike [PHOTO]

KTM presents 250 SX-F Adam Edition, a replica of the bike with which this year Andrew Adam will defend the drivers' world title in MX2 class. This special version of the 250 SF-X which celebrates the success of the Sicilian driver achieved in the 2023 season will be made in just 80 specimens and will be marketed exclusively in Europe.

Official motorbike look

The KTM 250 SX-F Adamo Edition is in every way similar to the bike taken to the race this year by Andrea, with an aesthetic that is very reminiscent of an official vehicle, while in the front part a faithful replica of the iconic “red table” awarded to the championship leader, on which we find the racing number #80 and the champion's signature. 

Lightened frame and reinforced engine guard

Technically the bike shares the main innovations introduced with its sister 250 SX-F Factory Edition, from frame, 300 grams lighter compared to that of the standard motorcycle, equipped with updated engine mounts that optimize longitudinal and torsional flexibility, to the benefit of cornering behavior. Thanks to the repositioning of the rotating masses inside the frame, the center of gravity has also been improved, improving traction and anti-squat behavior when exiting corners. The 250 SF-X Adamo Edition is also equipped with a new carbon reinforced engine guard. 

Top equipment for having fun in the saddle

Pushing the bike is the 250 cm³ engine, which weighs just 26,1 kg, capable of reaching the limit of 14.000 rpm. To enhance performance there are the Akrapovic titanium slip-on silencer, the fully adjustable WP Suspension suspension, the 48 mm WP XACT fork which offers 310 mm of gradual and constant damping, the Factory fork preload device, the Brembo hydraulic clutch , the WP XACT rear monoshock.

THEbraking system it features Brembo calipers with a pair of 260 mm discs at the front and 220 mm at the rear. Completing the equipment of the KTM special edition are the black rims with CNC milled orange hubs fitted with Pirelli Scorpion MX 32 Mid Soft tyres, in addition to the Connectivity Unit Offroad, the system which, based on the rider's preferences, allows you to adjust both the behavior of the engine and the tuning of the chassis via the KTMconnect app.

The KTM 250 SX-F Adamo Edition, the price of which has not been disclosed, will be available in very few examples for the Italian market starting from March.
