KTM 1290 Super Adventure R 2023: a bike to go further

The renewed KTM 1290 Super Adventure R it is a model for two-wheel enthusiasts who love to explore multiple routes.

The bike has a BOSCH 6D inertial platform to gain insight into behavior, remembering various solutions such as ABS cornering, traction control, That of stability, Several Riding Modes and optional RALLY mode which allows you to adjust the traction control on nine levels, supported during braking by theOffroad ABS standard.
Among the technical features, a 23-litre tank developed in three parts and an engine also stand out 75° V-twin, a heart LC8 di 1.301 cc. The power reaches i 160 horses and the pair a value of 138 Nm.
From an aesthetic point of view, the livery is characterized by a greater presence of white with other details in blue and orange. This last color is also used to cover the chrome-molybdenum steel frame.

Inside the technical equipment there are a advanced navigation system with Turn-by-Turn Plus indications which allows you to set waypoints and deviations via the handlebar block, interacting with the 7-inch TFT instrument display. According to the indications, with the new system it is not necessary to stop the motorbike and use the smartphone to interact with the KTMconnect App, the answering of phone calls and the preferential registration of a maximum of ten numbers can also be managed.
The equipment also includes an adjustable screen, RACE ON keyless system, TPMS, backlit switches and Cornering LED Lights.
The front fork is 48 mm and in the rear area there is a WP XPLOR mono, both adjustable, obtaining a wheel travel of 220 mm. The Alpina rims are spoked made of aluminium, the front one is 21 inches, the rear one is 18 inches. They support travel on different types of terrain and are characterized by a refined sealing system that adapts to tubeless tires. They fit Bridgestone AX41 tyres.  
Designed to be resistant and tireless, the new KTM 1290 Super Adventure R represents a mix of agility and performance. A new result linked to the sporting experience of the Austrian brand.
