KTM 1290 Super Adventure R 2023: advance beyond the asphalt [PHOTO]

Presented the KTM 1290 Super Adventure R for the 2023, a model for motorcyclists, travelers and pilots who want to tackle even the most challenging sections.

The new example has a look where the white stands out more with other details in blue and orange, the latter covering the chrome-molybdenum steel frame.
Designed to be tireless and robust, the new KTM 1290 Super Adventure R represents a combination of agility and driving force. A further result deriving from KTM's experience in competitions.

High-level technical equipment stands out, including an advanced navigation system with indications Turn-by-Turn Plus which involves setting waypoints and deviations via the handlebar block, interacting with the instrumentation screen TFT from 7 inches. With the new system it is not necessary to stop the motorbike and use the smartphone to interact with the KTMconnect App, the answering of phone calls and the preferential registration of a maximum of ten numbers can also be managed, as indicated.
The equipment also includes an adjustable screen, Cornering LED Lights, RACE ON keyless system, TPMS and backlit switches.
The specimen features a 48 mm front fork and a WP XPLOR mono, both manageable, obtaining a wheel travel of 220 mm. The Alpina aluminum rims are spoked, measuring 21 and 18 inches respectively in the front and rear areas. They support riding on any terrain and feature an improved sealing system that adapts to tubeless tires, according to the information. They fit Bridgestone AX41 tyres.  

Among the interesting aspects, we also highlight a BOSCH 6D inertial platform to obtain information on the behavior of the vehicle, ranging from traction control to stability control, from ABS Cornering to the various Riding Modes; as well as an optional RALLY mode which allows you to adjust the traction control on nine levels supported in braking by the standard offroad ABS.
Other focal points of the vehicle are the 23-litre tank developed in three parts and the 75° V-twin heart, a LC8 of 1.301 cc. One remembers a power of 160 horses with 138 Nm of couple.

La KTM 1290 Super Adventure R for 2023 it will be offered at KTM dealers from the first months of 2023. A figure of 21.450 euros FC has been reported
