The Japanese motorcycle manufacturer Kawasaki has released the first official information regarding the new Kawasaki Z750R, a naked two-wheeler which has been equipped with a charming sporty set-up, capable of further improving the public's appreciation of two-wheelers around the world. The R version, created by the Japanese manufacturer, offers the buyer some additional specifically sporty features compared to the traditional Z750 version tout court.

The engine of the new Kawasaki Z750R remains, however, unchanged: under the fuel tank, a four-cylinder in-line engine with 749 cubic centimeters of displacement, liquid-cooled, digital injection is installed, which delivers 105 horsepower at 10.500 rpm and 78 Nm of maximum torque at 8.300 rpm.

The most relevant features of the new Kawasaki Z750 R are the pressed aluminum rear swingarm (instead of the tubular one), the fully adjustable 41 mm upside-down front fork, the four-piston front calipers with double radial attachment, with discs daisy chain 300 millimeters in diameter and 6 millimeters thick, the radially controlled front brake pump, the new sports instruments, the new footrests, the optional ABS safety device and the new direction indicators.

The automaker commented on the new setup this way: “The Kawasaki Z750R is an impressive package. It was designed to take the handling, braking and overall character of the hugely popular Z750 to a whole new level."
