Kawasaki registers the "Ninja R2" trademark and in the meantime lands at the 2015 Motodays

Kawasaki – Kawasaki has registered the name “Ninja R2” and it is normal that speculation has arisen about the fact that the Japanese brand is about to create a new high-performance two-wheeler.

Il European trademark it's just one of several new Ninja monikers registered by Kawasaki, accompanied by several variants already registered in Japan. All this has sparked speculation that Kawasaki is actually planning a series of new supercharged models that will capitalize on its know-how acquired with the development of the Ninja H2 and H2R.

While waiting to better understand what Kawasaki has in mind, the Japanese brand lands in Rome to participate in the Motodays 2015, scheduled from today until March 8, now in its 7th edition this year. Various new products will be present at the Kawasaki stand: from the "smallest" of the Zeta family, the Z300, to the Versys 650 and Versys 1000 to the new Vulcan S. The scooter Kawasaki J300 turns one and will be exhibited in the Racing by Polini version. The protagonist of the stand, however, will be precisely there Ninja H2, the first mass-produced motorcycle equipped with a Supercharger. Capturing the spirit of the Mach IV H2 750cc and the three-cylinder H1 500cc and building on the legacy of the Z1 903cc Super Four, the H2 project adds another milestone to the list of Kawasakis that excel in performance and engineering expertise.

Furthermore, Kawasaki will also be present in the external area to give everyone the opportunity to test the new models of the 2015 range and for cross-country lovers, the complete KX range will be available for a test ride: KX85, KX250f and the KX450f.
