Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R and ZX-10RR: examples of technological sportiness for 2022 [PHOTO]

The specimens

Two bold examples with much of the shared technology and particular differences. There Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R is designed for road driving, while the Ninja ZX-100RR is defined for the track.
Among the most obvious aspects stand out the LED headlights, the fins integrated into the aforementioned aerodynamic configuration, an optimized triangulation of the handlebars, saddle and footrests, as well as a more raised and protective fairing. There is also a TFT display with Bluetooth connected to the smartphone via the Kawasaki Rideology app.
Also stands out on the models Kawasaki River Mark and the colors for 2022 are: Lime Green/Ebony/Pearl Blizzard White in the case of the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10R e Lime Green racing moving on to the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR.
The heart of the ZX-10R project remains a high-performance engine four cylinders of 998 cm³, liquid cooled.

The braking system on the models includes Brembo M50 monobloc calipers associated with discs in the front area 330 mm and the examples are equipped with a horizontal link rear suspension system, which recalls the set-up of the bikes fielded in WorldSBK by the Kawasaki Racing Team, as reported.
Speaking of electronics, on the Ninja models we note: a latest generation Bosch IMU to which sports traction control selectable on multiple levels, power modes and engine braking management are linked, therefore cornering management function, launch control, quick shifter in engagement and downshifting and also KIBS integrated braking. The rider mode is also available which allows a symbiosis between TC, power mode and engine braking. Electronic cruise control is offered as standard, while heated grips for the half-handlebars are included as accessories.

La Kawasaki Ninja ZX-10RR it has features designed exclusively for the track, taking into account a single-seater saddle, lightened Marchesini rims, Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tires and Pankl components such as connecting rods, pistons, piston pins and the camshaft with specific profiles and special springs for intake and exhaust valves designed for prolonged use at high rpm, considering an increase in the limiter of 400 rpm compared to the Ninja ZX-10R.
