Kawasaki ninja – Kawasaki officially revealed prices of its Ninja H2 on its US website. The first confirmed prices of the supercharged Ninja speak of dollars 25.000 for the street legal H2, presented during the last edition of the EICMA in Milan, which closed a few days ago, and of dollars 50.000 for the track version, called H2R.

This equates to around £15.800 for the H2 and £31.600 for the H2R, much less than the expected UK prices of £25.000 and £50.000. In euros this all translates, at the current exchange rate, into 20.061 for the road model e 40.123 for the track one, which debuted during the last Intermot in Cologne, Germany.

American prices were revealed yesterday, while Kawasaki's UK site still says the cost of the new 998cc superbike is TBC. Official UK prices are likely to be announced at the Motorcycle Live Show which will take place at the NEC in Birmingham on 22 November. While waiting to see it on the market we can already talk about it first aftermarket accessory of the Kawasaki Ninja H2, an exhaust pipe proposed by the Slovenian Akrapovic, which during EICMA revealed that it is working on a nice black terminal that will replace the bulky standard unit. The material used will be carbon to make the "total black" design even better, also improving the side view and decreasing the overall weight of the H2 to significantly increase its performance.
