Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX: the brand's new Sport Tourer [PHOTO]

Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX represents a new bold definition developed for travel, which combines overall performance and functionality.

The quality characteristics

Dynamic lines, optical groups LED , a more compact but equally powerful drive unit, considering the Z1000XS which preceded this example, are some of the key aspects of the model.
The frame remains a double tube in aluminium, while the suspensions have been renewed, adjustable at the front and rear and made up of an upside down fork with a diameter of 41 millimeters in the front area and a horizontal back-link rear solution. The seat height redefined to be more hospitable and ergonomic for the rider and passenger amounts to 835 mm, while the wheelbase is 1.440 mm. The tank can hold 19 liters, as reported.
The functional aspects also include a windshield that can be manually adjusted to four different positions, a new color digital instrument panel, a connection system via the Rideology app, various technological systems such as four engine maps Sport, Road, Rain and the customizable Rider, electronic shifting and Cruise Control; therefore various accessories such as the large top case 47 liters and side bags from 28 liters.

Motor

A vigorous in-line four-cylinder pulsates, redefined in various elements, in particular the profile of the camshafts, more compact intake ducts for two of the four cylinders and new butterfly valves with electronic management. The exhaust system has also been renewed. The unity of 1.043 cc proposes a maximum thrust of 142 horses a 10.000 rpm and a pair of 111 Nm a 8.000 rpm.

Availability and colors

Scheduled at the beginning of 2020, The new Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX it is available in the connotative green livery, therefore in white or in the black-grey-green color combination, always following the indications.
