Kawasaki KX250F and KX450F MY 2015, for those who have motocross in their veins

Technical innovations and cutting-edge forks for every type of rider

Also Kawasaki offers its new models off-road for 2015, with two new features that live up to the brand's fame and, above all, developed with the collaboration of the riders themselves involved in the various categories of motocross competitions. We're talking about Kawasaki KX250F and KX450F, two "lime greens" that once again promise to improve and restore reliability, fun and power, even greater than what was seen with previous models. We are talking, after all, about vehicles that have already insured a Ryan Villopoto the title of AMA Supercross Champion.

Let's go in order, however, and start talking about the smaller of the two: the KX250F. The Japanese technicians first of all inserted the new injectors of the finest nebulization, which allow the power to be significantly increased at medium-low speeds, thus having a decidedly quicker response from the vehicle. Also worth highlighting is the presence of SFF separate function fork with preload adjustment, the new larger petal disc and fully adjustable ergonomics to adapt to the riding needs of each rider. Also now available Launch Control e three engine maps with easy access (these last two characteristics are also shared with the KX450F).

Turning instead to the KX450F, the most important innovation is the introduction of Showa SFF-Air TAC fork, a member who makes one of his debuts in the category on this Japanese mare. This fork guarantees greater rigidity, excellent smoothness, a significant weight reduction and a wide range of adjustments.

«We had excellent results from our riders on both the KX250F and KX450F - he has declared Steve Guttridge, Racing Manager of Kawasaky Motor Europe – The success of the AMA testifies to the winning nature of these models. With these changes in the 2015 models I am sure we will collect more important “lime green” podiums during the next season».
