Kawasaki celebrates 40 years of the Ninja brand with three special editions [PHOTO]
Retro livery for Ninja ZX-10R, Ninja ZX-6R and Ninja ZX-4RR
To celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Ninja brand, which has managed to win the hearts of sports motorcycle enthusiasts from all over the world, Kawasaki features a series of repurposed Ninja models to pay homage to four decades of performance and innovation.

They are three celebratory special editions made by Kawasaki and which will be shown for the first time at EICMA 2023, scheduled in Milan from 7 to 12 November: la Ninja ZX-10R, a model that has allowed us to win numerous titles in WorldSBK; the Supersport Ninja ZX-6R 636 cc and the most recent Ninja ZX-4RR.
Livery that harks back to the early 90s
Each of these three models features evocative livery which recalls the colors of the early 90s: green, blue and white and the Kawasaki logo dominating the lower fairing, just like the three-time endurance championship winning bikes of the time. The livery, adopted for the 1989 ZXR series, is clearly retro-inspired, appearing both fresh and contemporary.
Exclusive details
The three special version bikes have the 40th anniversary logo on the tank and a carefully adapted color combination on the fairings. Further references to that era are the Kawasaki logo taken from the original drawings and the characters showing the displacement on the tail. To complete the look of the special editions there are the you are looking for lime gren matched with silver colored frame and swingarm.
