J-Concept – The future according to Kawasaki

The teaser video created by the Japanese company: New Heights

Kawasaki shows itself in a chronological video/story, from the shipyards of the late 800th century to today's production in the motorcycle field up to that of the "green" future, not the Kawasaki Racing one... but the electric one.

Kawasaki had long been the talk of his futuristic concept of a 3/4 wheel motorbike (in 2013 exactly) when for the first time, a model that seemed to come out of the best science fiction film, was shown at the Tokyo Salon. The "J Concept” shows itself again, but this time in motion, in a realistic rendering created to capture attention on the huge innovations ahead according to Kawasaki:

Artificial Intelligence – Electric Motor – Adaptability.

THEArtificial intelligence, as explained in the video, will help the driver in every situation, from controlling surfaces to transforming the vehicle itself. In perfect conditions the pilot will have the possibility to request the interface to activate the mode “High Performance/Attack Mode”, which will transfer power to the rear wheel by activating the front aerodynamics. The next mode shown is that of Upright Mode which will take the rider in a few moments on a "comfortable" ride with spaced and tilting front wheels, very easily comparable to driving a modern 3-wheeled scooter, thus allowing full efficiency and safety when driving the vehicle in every situation.

The Japanese company, which has long worked closely with the aerospace industry and creates solutions for systems, also focuses on renewable energy, that of the sun via photovoltaic, to then be able to transfer it into the "green" battery engine, reusing it and storing it depending on the use of the motorcycle. A safe and innovative vehicle concept that focuses on the use of innovative materials for the tires and ultra-light fairings. The foundations laid in recent years with the prototypes then built of the Z1000 and the subsequent hyperbolic Ninja H2 and H2R give rise to hope that all this will not remain just a prototype but rather become a reality.
