Italwin, the historic Italian brand in the ebike sector presents itself at EICMA thanks to the new production which sees the assembly of electric bicycles at the brand new factory FIVE (Italian Electric Vehicle Factory) in Bologna, inaugurated last May by the Minister of the Environment Galletti.

The 2018 range will include the renewed Nuvola EVO model which includes new colors and graphic solutions designed and created at the company's paint shop. FIVE is in fact one of the very few European companies in the cycle sector to have a painting department within the company.
The specialised farming model Nuvola EVO is suitable for city mobility needs with particular attention to quality and details; on this model you can also choose the size of the battery depending on your travel needs. The new models of the trekking range will also be presented at Eicma: starting from the Trail rear which has the classic characteristics of cycle touring models and has a rear hub motor; this is designed for those who often use it in the city and, in cycle touring use, do not want to give up the continuous thrust offered by the rear hub motor.

The model is also new Trail advanced which with the central engine and hydraulic brakes presents itself as the ideal vehicle for long bicycle journeys, with the possibility of climbing climbs of 20%; in fact, this model features the new Five central engine, developed by the company taking into account the power demands on climbs but also the performance on the flat without giving up the autonomy which exceeds 100 km.
In both Trail models the battery (Samsung cells) is integrated into the frame to allow greater stability and a pleasant aesthetic result.

We then move on to the model Boost, the high-performance full-suspension vehicle, suitable for off-road use and perfect for those with high expectations in terms of electrical performance and mechanical characteristics. The Shimano e-8000 central motor is installed on this model and is receiving very positive feedback from MTB enthusiasts. All these new models will be on sale in the Italwin network stores from next spring.
