Accidents, ASAPS Observatory: 12 victims among motorcyclists over the weekend between 9 and 11 August 2019

After the 22 cases and the 25 victims of the first weekend of August, unfortunately in the second which has just passed they were reported by theASAPS Observatory others 12 fatal accidents involving motorcyclists, with as many victims.

A constantly dramatic balance sheet

THEASAPS Observatory provides a new list that collects the cases reported over the weekend, but on the portal dedicated to road safety another alarming aspect is highlighted. Despite considering the smaller number of facts, compared to the data from the previous weekend in August, it is highlighted that: “the data provided by the Traffic Police Service relating to the findings of the Traffic Police and the Carabinieri alone provide us with an impressive figure: 32 deaths, almost triple compared to the same weekend last year when there were 11”, not taking into consideration the indications provided by the findings of the Local Police, as indicated. An aspect to reflect on, therefore, also taking into consideration the figures indicated in the months of June and July. We always recommend paying attention on the roads, fully respecting the rules and at the same time protecting the peace of mind of others.
