Incentives for the purchase of electric two-wheeled vehicles, extension of the contribution for 2020

Extended to 2020 a contribution for those interested in purchasing two-wheeled models electrical o hybrids and they scrap other category ones Euro 0, 1, 2 o 3. A contribution equal to 30% of the purchase price and up to a maximum limit of 3.000,00 €, as reported.

Rules and indications

Considering the reference text: “With the art. 12 co. 1 of the converted Legislative Decree 162/2019, the relief provided for by the co. has been extended to the year 2020. 1057 ff. of the art. 1 of Law 145/2018, consisting of a contribution for those who purchase an electric or hybrid motorbike of the L1e and L3e categories and at the same time scrap one of the Euro 0, 1, 2 or 3 categories. Please note that, from 30.6.2019 , the incentive is extended to the purchases of all motorbikes and mopeds (even over 11 kW of power), and to microcars in the L1e, L2e, L3e, L4e, L5e, L6e and L7e categories, if vehicles of category Euro 0, 1, 2 or 3 (art. 10-bis of Legislative Decree 34/2019, conv. L. 58/2019).”
Moving on to the information on the relief, we indicate: “The contribution, which is extended to purchases made in the year 2020: is equal to 30% of the purchase price, up to a maximum of 3.000,00 euros, in the event that the vehicle delivered for scrapping is of the Euro 0 category , 1, 2 or 3; is paid by the seller by offsetting the purchase price.”
