I-CP, the fashionable helmet created by Italia Independent

Italia Independent, the creativity and style brand founded by Lapo Elkann, launches the new MADE IN ITALY 2.0 creation, the I-CP – Independent Creativity Protection helmet.

I-CP is a Jet with a clean and elegant design, minimal aesthetics and innovative finishes. The shell is entirely made of carbon, a material that makes the Jet ultra light and safe. The helmet is offered in two paint variants, glossy and soft touch matt, keeping the precious material of which the shell is made in evidence.

Particularly innovative is the visor which, laser cut, moves on a carbon support. The visor movement slides on an ultra-light aluminum alloy guide which, designed and created exclusively for I-CP, guarantees three clicks and reduced external dimensions.

The interiors are washable and removable, lined with a thermo-adjustable, antistatic and antimicrobial fabric. For greater safety, particularly technical materials with reflective capacity have also been used, strategically positioned for better visibility of the motorcyclist who wears it.

Another novelty by Italia Independent is the possibility of dressing the helmet according to the seasons or the mood of the wearer, thus giving even more space to everyone's creativity. The inner lining of the helmet is visible along the outer edge and can be easily removed and replaced. The helmet thus becomes an object of style that can also be held in the hand. Every season Italia Independent will propose new fabrics inspired by the mood of the collection and will give everyone the opportunity to renew themselves and be independent at any time of the day. For Spring-Summer 2011 the fabrics offered are: tricolor inspired by the Italian flag, Hawaiian patterned printed fabric, technical white and gray and technical breathable black and white.

Small but important finishes with the use of stainless steel, refined fabric for the edging and for the particularly soft strap, with double ring closure and prestigious packaging that protects the helmet itself with taste and elegance.
