A new conceptual electric scooter, or electric scooter, created by Hyundai Motor Group

Approx. 20 km di autonomy at each charge and a maximum speed of 20 km/h, are the values linked to a new prototype di electric scooter developed by Hyundai Motor Group. An idea that could find space in future vehicles designed by Hyundai e Kia, as reported.

The quality characteristics

The new prototype, after a first concept introduced at CES in 2017, has rear-wheel drive, LED lights placed near the front area and in the area behind it (particularly valuable during use in the evening hours) and a high-capacity lithium battery. Such a battery gives 10,5 Ah would favor, according to the indications, an autonomy of about 20 km and the thrust would reach i 20 km/h of maximum speed. Another interesting aspect is the low weight of approx 7,7 kg, making the vehicle transportable also considering the fact that it can be folded. The vision is essential and compact. The vehicle is also enriched by a digital display useful for checking driving speed and above all residual autonomy. Evaluating its possible development, the inclusion of a regenerative braking system which can further extend the autonomy of the vehicle is assumed. 7%, according to estimates. The adoption of rear-wheel drive compared to the front also becomes functional in terms of safety, favoring the stability of the vehicle by shifting the weight towards the rear area, then supporting the action of the front wheel with suspensions, always repeating what is indicated .
