Husqvarna Svartpilen 125: a new single-cylinder in the range [PHOTO]

The new one has been introduced Husqvarna Svartpilen 125, a single-cylinder example characterized by a refined and compact aesthetic.

Aesthetics

A minimalist, direct vision, linked to the work done to define a model designed to express dynamism in urban and peripheral contexts. A dynamic aesthetic at the same time, with classy light clusters LED , a painted trellis frame by black, contrasting with the engine crankcases bronze colour , anodized components, as well as CNC machined footpegs as indicated.

Technology

Among the aspects highlighted, most of the components are shared with the larger displacement models. As mentioned, there is a Chrome-Molybdenum steel trellis frame and a subframe of the same type. The new Svartpilen it is equipped with a 43 mm WP APEX open cartridge fork and a WP APEX mono, then ByBre brakes (a 320 mm disc and four-piston caliper at the front, a 230 mm disc with a single-piston floating caliper at the rear) and Bosch ABS technology. Functional factors together for safety and ride consistency. The saddle is placed at a height of 835 mm.

Motor

The approval results Euro 5. The 4 cc 125-stroke single-cylinder engine features four valves per cylinder with DOHC twin camshaft and liquid cooling. The power reaches 15 horses (11 kW) at 9.500 rpm and torque 12 Nm at 7.500 rpm, as reported. It can be driven by A1 license holders.

Proposal

The new Svartpilen It will be available from February 2021 at authorized Husqvarna Motorcycles dealers. A price of 5.510 euros is indicated.
