Husqvarna FS 450 Supermoto: all the new features of the 2019 model [PHOTO]

Husqvarna Motorcycles presented the new one Husqvarna FS 450 MY 2019, a new motorcycle capable of giving both amateurs and more expert riders the highest level of technology and performance in the sector. The new FS 450 was created to shine on the circuit thanks to a redesigned chassis, an engine platform developed to improve power availability and management. The FS 450 MY19 is agile and light, extremely pleasant to drive without losing anything in sportiness.

Husqvarna FS 450 MY 2019: the features

Compared to previous versions, the Husqvarna FS 450 MY 2019 arrives on the market with a nice load of new features. At first glance you can't help but notice the new frame painted blue, now stiffer to provide greater standards of rigidity for the benefit of driving. The exclusive composite frame by Husqvarna Motorcycles has been lightened and on the balance sheet it scores -250 grams. The suspension package is of a high standard: the new FS 450 features a WP AER 48 fork with air springs, which combines perfectly with the WP DCC monoshock. The 16mm offset CNC machined triple trees are specifically designed to work in harmony with the fork. The WP suspension package, with new settings that best match the different characteristics of the frame, improves energy absorption and stability. The single-shaft engine has also been slimmed down (but only in size) and now weighs half a kilo less and delivers a maximum power of 63 HP. The FS 450 is equipped with 16,5" front and 17" rear Alpina spoked wheels. These high quality wheels are shod with 125/80 R420 and 165/65 R420 Bridgestone slick tires for the ultimate in grip, traction and agility. Underlining Husqvarna Motorcycles' pioneering development direction, the distinctive new plastics combine advanced ergonomics with a simple yet effective Swedish-inspired design.
