Husqvarna: you can dream of the track with the FC 450 Rockstar Edition

Husqvarna Motorcycles - Is called Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing the team that will face the championship 2018 AMA Supercross. It is a motorcycle created to win over fans of the segment, which benefits from feedback from the racing team's riders, combined with extensive development activity which has allowed Husqvarna Motorcycles engineers to make a long series of improvements to the model. Featuring engine and chassis upgrades as well as redesigned plastics, this unparalleled motorcycle sets the new benchmark in terms of handling, lightness and looks. Celebrating the success of the relationship with Rockstar Energy Drink, which has brought Husqvarna Motorcycles two AMA titles, three victories in the 450SX class and numerous other victories in the MXGP World Championship, the FC 450 Rockstar Edition will be offered in a limited series on the North American market only.

Thanks to a series of major engine and chassis upgrades, this limited edition motorcycle perfectly combines clean design and unmistakable with extraordinary performance on the track. At the top of the long list of engine improvements, the more compact single-shaft head has allowed the external dimensions and weight of the engine to be significantly reduced. This engine, which continues to set the benchmark for the 450 class, is paired with an updated cooling system, a new Pankl gearbox and a new exhaust. Designed with the aim of offering greater rigidity, the strengthened frame performs its functions in collaboration with a 250 gram lighter rear subframe and a stiffer upper triple clamp. A series of special parts such as the carbon fiber sump guard, the Rekluse billet clutch cover, an updated ProTaper handlebar and a standard starting mechanism reiterate the close link with the factory team bikes.
