HP Corse 2018 – Emotion takes shape

After a partnership that began in 2009 with the project “HYDROFORM“, on 1 July 2015 the agreement between HP CORSE e STEELFORM for the production of EVOXTREME e HYDROTRE. A union between HP CORSE and STEELFORM which was born following in the footsteps of a great individual success and which promises to become an absolute model of development in the world of special exhausts entirely handmade in Italy and precisely on the occasion of the International Cycle and Motorcycle Exhibition in Milan "EICMA 2017” the brand new one was presented 2018 range, which involves the use of new technologies and the search for a new style, from the latest arrivals Scrambler, to the exclusive 3 rods for MV through to Enduro but focusing on their Racing origins... here is the 2018 range in detail.

HP CORSE 4 TRACK

Dedicated to Maxi Enduro, Sport Touring/Adventure and latest generation Crossovers, the new exhaust 4 TRACKS he loves the emotion of large spaces and streets that disappear beyond the horizon. Designed in R&D Center of Bologna, the new creature HP CORSE born strong, capable of withstanding the most demanding situations and the many kilometers traveled to accompany motorcyclists across roads and paths, mountain passes, deserts all over the world. Tested for over a year on the bench and on the most demanding routes, the new product HP CORSE guarantees reliability and better performance compared to all the original exhausts that it replaces, particularly at low and medium speeds. HP Corse 4 TRACK it is light, has octagonal shaped end caps, a hydroformed spout without welding and a silencer body, with laser engraved logo, available in three different materials: Titanium, Satin Steel, Black Steel. Approved Euro 4 and has a maximum length of 380 mm and will be on sale from spring 2018. The price is to be defined.

HYDROFORM CORSA

It arises from the force of a fluid brought to very high pressures to obtain the most incredible shapes, variable diameters without having to cut or weld, thus overcoming all schemes and rules to travel unexplored aesthetic terrain.

An aesthetically unique, captivating, sinuous product, without welding, for excellent exhaust gas flow, with reduced sheet metal thicknesses but at the same time mechanically extremely rigid and a record weight. HYDROFORM CORSA It has a perfectly styled mesh grille back MotoGP. It will be available starting from February 2018

EVOXTREME 

The silencer body is made of steel (Black or Silver) and the new carbon fiber end cap takes on the shape of a three-dimensional solid with a "slash" profile (cut) in the part that meets the metal body of the silencer. One of the aesthetic characteristics of the new exhaust EVOXTREME it is the irregular shape of the silencer body which narrows its profile towards the fitting without resorting to welding. The final result is absolutely suggestive and totally unconventional. EVOXTREME was developed by R&D Center di Bologna, tested on the test bench and then on the track, achieving, thanks also to the contribution of professional drivers, absolute results capable of improving engine performance at any rpm. Different lengths are provided for the external casing which may vary for the approved versions (with removable db killer) from 260 to 310 mm. GP07

GP07 is a silencer in light satin steel and black steel. Equipped with an internal conical mesh, with a pad proposed in three different ways:
/with billet ring / with narrow mesh outlet protection net / with wide mesh outlet protection net (NEW 2018)

Equipped with 4 different DB Killers (for different types of motorbikes, all removable), has the laser engraved HP Corse logo, weighs 800 gr. and a length of only 200 mm. GP07 is approved and is dedicated to motorbikes with a sporty heart and naked bikes. On sale at HP CORSE dealers starting from the price of €380 (+ VAT)

HYDRO THREE

Created exclusively for the MV AGUSTA “3 Pistoni”, HYDRO TRE is a unique exhaust system in the world, incredibly beautiful and high-performance, available in satin stainless steel and black ceramic. Consisting of a “reverse” pre-silencer and 3 hydroformed exhausts "organ pipe" with decreasing sections with internal end caps made from solid aluminum set without the aid of welding or rivets and the laser-engraved HP Corse logo gives a unique character appreciated even by the most refined customers.

Hydro TRE is available in the racing version (without DB Killer) and in the version with "empty barrels" (not soundproofed and without DB Killer) and is on sale starting from the price of 1.100,00 euros + VAT for the version racing and starting from e750,00 euros (+ VAT) for the “ versionempty reeds"

HYDROFORM, HYDROFORM BLACK and HYDROFORM CLASSIC

“Hydroforming” is an incredibly refined technology used, in this sector, only by a very small elite of manufacturers into which HP Corse fits in by adding a typically Italian craftsmanship and design but, in addition to this, HP Corse is still today one of the very few houses that have ever managed to build an entire hydroformed silencer body while others have limited themselves to collectors only.

The hydroforming technique consists in the deformation of the sheet metal through the thrust exerted by a fluid brought to very high pressure, a thrust which makes it adhere to the external wall of the forming mould. It is in this way that the most incredible shapes and variable diameters can be obtained without having to cut or weld. The final result is an aesthetically unique, beautiful, sinuous, exciting product, without welding - for absolutely excellent exhaust gas flow - with incredibly reduced sheet metal thicknesses but at the same time mechanically extremely rigid and with a record weight.

The exhausts of the Hydroform line were created to equip the most beautiful naked, sports and hypersports bikes on our market and are available in both the Racing and Homologated versions (the latter with removable DB Killer for when you want to tackle the track).
