On a Honda X-ADV the expert Renato Zocchi still takes part in Gibraltar Race, already tackled riding the maxi scooter of the Japanese brand. A new adventure together with others, considering the previews.

The new commitment

The expert rider has an impressive list of achievements, given his past in motocross competitions as the team's first official rider Cagiva, therefore ranked third in the World and multi-titled national champion, he won the Rally of the Pharaohs, was highlighted in the Paris-Dakar and came close to success in Bahia 1000.
Talking about the Gibraltar Race he triumphed in several special tests in previous editions, finishing third in his class and eighth in the overall classification in 2018. A particularly fun edition, according to what was said, but still tough; that “It gave some very strong emotions” he added on the occasion.

Given the commitment, some interventions were highlighted, in particular the increase in ground clearance given the extreme operating conditions and the demanding sections of the competition. The trim lift was set by Rollfactory and the interventions took place in the dealership's Honda workshop Macchion motorcycle di Legnano, thanks to specialists coordinated by Stefano Lucenti, as reported. The chassis and drive unit are identical to the standard model, the suspensions have been calibrated for extreme off-road use using designer parts Öhlins by Andreani Group, while a drain has been inserted in the terminal area SC Project high-performance.
