Honda “Test-Tour” 2023: CB750 Hornet and XL750 Transalp protagonists in a new test format

The initiative Honda “Test Tour” allows enthusiasts to get to know the qualities of the new ones Honda CB750 Hornet e XL750 Transalp, in small groups and on affected sections, over the course of test that last about an hour and thirty minutes.

An event organized and curated by Honda True Adventure Offroad Academy, the same one that has been offering official Honda off-road driving courses since 2016.

The participation fee is 25 euros per session and includes the use of the motorbike, petrol, a "welcome pack" for each participant, also including a Honda T-shirt, as well as a small buffet before and after the Test-Tour . Booking and payment are possible online.

The format is aimed at motorcyclists who want to test the new CB750 Hornet and XL750 Transalp in depth, from Friday 19th to Sunday 21st May, in the appointments at the Agriturismo La Torricella in Poppi (FI), reaching the Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines and the slopes of the Casentinese Forest, where the Test-Tour sessions by reservation will be held.

The routes are outlined along the most well-known roads in the area, with a coffee break halfway around the tour. For the Test-Tour astride the XL750 Transalp there is also a short dirt excursion to evaluate the qualities of the adventure model.
The choice as the location of the Agriturismo La Torricella in Poppi (FI) was made considering the beauty of the places and routes. A base point for the event.

The Honda staff will take care of the welcome, the verification of reservations, the registration for the test sessions and the technical briefing during the driving sessions.
It starts on Friday 19 May with a frequency of two shifts in the morning in the time slots 09:30-11:00 e 11:30-13:00 and two other afternoon shifts in periods 14:00-15:30 e 16: 00-17.30. Same program also for Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st May.

The test sessions will last approximately one hour and thirty minutes and are scheduled on different routes for naked and adventure, in the first case entirely on the road, in the second partially off-road but accessible. Each group will be preceded by a forerunner with a closing relay.
