In Italy Montesa are distributed by Redmoto. The range is made exclusively in the plants of Montesa Honda in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda, Barcelona, ​​Spain. Montesa Cota 310RR 2022

Starting from Cota 301RR, this is the most powerful of the Montesa motorcycles made in series. A model designed to compete and its nature is underlined by the acronym RR (Race Ready) and by components and solutions derived from the experience gained with the specimens used by pilots in the Trial World Championship.
Among the new features is the new range of colours: Breed Replica with style and graphics that recall the bike used this season by champion Toni Bou and an elegant gray color associated with the traditional Montesa red.

The bike is characterized by a lightweight frame and an aluminum swingarm. In addition to quality elements, there is also a new Showa fork which brings this example closer to the Cotas fielded in the TrialGP World Championship. Furthermore, we note the same lobed brake discs used on the official bikes and the rear disc is approved by the FIM. Overall braking force is optimized with increased stopping ability.
Lightweight aluminum wheel hubs machined from solid are also listed and continuing the comparison with the official Montesa, the new Cota 301RR is equipped with a new aluminum silencer.
The model acquires the engine of the motorbike participating in the Trial2 World Championship, a heart unchanged compared to the previous one with a displacement already increased from 288 cc to 299 cc. Together with the greater volume, a series of changes to the electronic control unit (ECU) and a redefinition of the gas decompression system are highlighted with an enlarged diameter of the crankcase vent from 1,9 mm to 2,25 mm, always considering the rainbow motorbikes in the TrialGP of Bou and Fujinami. Interventions which result in a reduction in engine braking and better handling, as reported.
We then highlight: greater inertia in the crankshaft as a function of progressiveness, an improvement in response at low and medium speeds and a behavior reminiscent of that of the models competing in the World Championship. Also of note is the connection between the opening of the throttle control and the final transmission, particularly in high-level tests, considering the action of the PGM-FI electronic injection system.

The other specimen is covered with a new coloration which includes black, Montesa red e white details.
A model that recalls the high quality of the Cota 301RR and is equipped with Showa suspension at the front and rear. Bearing in mind the refinements of the thermal unit and an aluminum silencer taken from the 301RR, a "fuller" power curve is indicated with an increase in 5% in the delivery of torque at low and medium speeds.
