Honda NC750X is already in dealerships for 6.990 Euros

Already available, with more power, more torque and reduced consumption

Practicality, very low consumption, ABS as standard, an attractive crossover look and performance that can always be easily exploited in any context and on any route. These approxcharacteristics have allowed the Honda NC700X to be a true best-seller in both 2012 and 2013. Also thanks to the version with DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission) gearbox chosen by half of the buyers. New year, on the 2014 calendar, and time for renewal, the mechanics are strengthened but not the essence of this bike, and the name undergoes an upgrade: Honda NC750X.

The displacement changes slightly – hence the new name – from 670 to 745 cc thanks to the increase in the bore size, an innovation which brings with it an increase in power, now 55 HP (40,3 kW), and torque, now equal to 68 Nm, again at 4.750 rpm. But at Honda, better performance does not mean greater consumption, on the contrary! We go from 27,9 km/l in the average WMTC cycle of the previous NC700X to the current ones 28,9 km/l, an exceptional value, which testifies to the incredible efficiency of this engine.

Updates also concern some details of the equipment: the rider and passenger seat is covered in a new, more refined material, the instrumentation is now equipped with a gear indicator and trip computer (average, instantaneous consumption, residual autonomy), the front brake lever is adjustable in distance from the grip and the original equipment tires are of the type with on/off-road treads, in pure crossover style. As always, ABS is standard, to guarantee a higher level of active safety and anticipate the 2016 European regulation which will make it mandatory on all registered two-wheeled vehicles. Finally, also the NC750X it is available in a DCT version, i.e. with sequential dual-clutch gearbox
(Dual Clutch Transmission), for which the designers have adopted some improvements, such as the maps of the Drive and Sport modes updated to anticipate the downshift in the release phase, and a
renewed fine-tuning of the injection to make "kickdowns", i.e. automatic downshifts when the throttle is suddenly opened, asking the engine and gearbox for maximum immediate acceleration, even more fluid.

The new NC750X ABS and NC750X DCT ABS 2014, it is already in the official dealer network Honda at the price of 6.990 Euros fc for the version with traditional gearbox and 7.990 Euro fc for
version with DCT gearbox.
