Honda makes an important breakthrough in the medium-displacement scooter market by launching the new one honda forza 300, a completely redesigned two-wheeler, with new frame It's new design which give a light look, compact, sports but at the same time elegance. The equipment is premium, with an electrically adjustable windshield, Full LED lights, Smart-Key (also connected to the optional 45 liter top box), very complete automotive-style dashboard and, for the first time on a Honda scooter, traction control HSTC extension (Honda Selectable Torque Control). The lively 4-valve single-cylinder engine boasts fuel consumption of just 31 km/l on the average WMTC cycle. The wheels are 15" at the front and 14" at the rear.

The name Forza has established itself over the years as one of the most popular medium-sized Honda scooters in Europe. The beginning of its history as a premium scooter dates back to 2000, when the first model set new standards in terms of dynamic handling, load capacity and active safety. The success was immediate, with the public immediately appreciating its look but above all its great practicality and efficiency. Retaining this unique mix of dynamic driving and Gran Turismo character, the Forza has constantly evolved. In 2004, the S-Matic electronically controlled CVT transmission and the Smart-Key electronic key were introduced, as well as the highly efficient PGM-FI fuel injection. The space under the saddle for two full-face helmets was also one of the advantages most appreciated by users. 2005 saw the introduction of ABS and 2008 exclusive details such as the audio and speaker package, the advanced S-Matic transmission and the combined ABS braking system. Finally, in 2013, the Forza 300 was introduced, characterized by a new "sit-in" design, but always distinctive for its great comfort, even with a passenger, both in the city and on extra-urban transfers. 2018 sees the birth of a radically renewed Forza 300, following the great success of its younger brother, the Forza 125, sold in over 30.000 units in Europe in the three years since its launch and, while retaining the main advantages of its Gran Turismo nature, it has become lighter, more compact, intelligent and sporty.

The new Forza 300 has a sporty look, decisive, and slimmer and more compact dimensions compared to the previous design. The wheelbase and length of the vehicle have been reduced and it is narrower, with the seat slightly higher to improve visibility. The wheels they are now 15"/14" front/rear (they were 14"/13") and the weight decreases by 12 kg thanks to the new frame. They improve acceleration, top speed and fuel efficiency. The practical windshield is adjustable in height electrically and offers maximum protection from the wind at high speed or, in urban driving, an excellent view. The traction control HSTC (Honda Selectable Torque Control) is new for a Honda scooter and can be deactivated and reactivated via a convenient switch on the left handlebar block. The redesigned instrumentation offers extra information on the large LCD display and is very complete and elegant thanks to the analogue indicators for the speedometer and rev counter. The lighting system is Full-LED and the Smart-Key electronic key is also connected to the optional 45-litre top box.

La new line draws inspiration from the well-known Forza 125, a success throughout Europe, such that it convinced the project team to propose the construction and design scheme for the new Forza 300. Compared to the previous model, it drastically improves aerodynamic protection, thanks to the new adjustable windshield electrically over a travel of 140 mm. The highest position is ideal for longer journeys and to obtain maximum shelter from the wind, in the low position it is sportier and gives direct visibility on the road. The intermediate positions are obviously always available at the driver's convenience. Electrical adjustment is very simple and takes place via the practical control on the left electrical block. Practicality is at the highest levels. The compartment under the saddle it can accommodate two full-face helmets and via a convenient internal bulkhead you can divide the space to store different objects, such as an A4 sized bag, or a rain suit, a backpack, etc. Another convenient one glove compartment it is housed in the back of the front shield, equipped with a lock, and capable of containing a bottle of water, mobile phone or other electronic devices, rechargeable via the useful 12V socket. The lighting system is Full-LED. With the introduction of the new Forza 300, the Smart Key offers an additional function. In addition to making the ignition switch operational for starting, steering release and the seat and fuel door opening buttons, it now also manages the optional 45-litre top box. When the driver moves away from the scooter with the Smart-Key in his pocket, the top box lock closes automatically. It is always possible to block it via the Smart-Key. To keep the load capacity of the top box unchanged, the locking/unlocking mechanism is positioned at the rear of the scooter. Stylish new automotive-style instruments feature i analog dials for speedometer and rev counter with, in the centre, a large LCD display which can be set to three types of display via a convenient control on the left electrical block. The three display combinations are: total odometer, remaining range, instantaneous consumption; trip odometer, average consumption, travel time; ambient temperature, battery charging voltage. The refined style and meticulous finishing are emphasized by the elegant color range with alternating silver-coloured surfaces on the front, tunnel, sides and surround of the instrumentation. The new Forza 300 will be available in colors Crescent Blue Metallic, Pearl Nightstar Black, Matt Cynos Gray Metallic and Matt Pearl Cool White.

The new Forza 300 is equipped with a steel frame all new. The weight The overall weight of the scooter is 182 kg with a full tank of petrol, 12 kg less than the previous model. The measures of the chassis are now characterized by more brilliant driving dynamics, with a wheelbase of 1.510 mm (-36 mm), steering head rake of 26,5° (was 27°) and trail of 89 mm. Mass centralization has also been improved, with the radiator and battery now positioned between the fuel tank and the underseat compartment. Efficient ducting brings fresh air from the lower front, behind the wheel, to the radiator. The renewed compactness derives from the total review of the scooter's proportions. 2.140 mm long (-25 mm), it has the saddle 780 mm from the ground (+62 mm) to make the riding position more upright, natural and active. The handlebar is now slightly narrower, 755 mm (-2 mm) and the front more compact, 580 mm wide, which becomes 860 mm with the mirrors open. With these ergonomics and these proportions the new Forza 300 is more manageable and practical to maneuver in tight city spaces. Effective suspensions are coupled to the solid frame. At the front there is one fork with 33 mm stanchions, while at the rear i Double shock absorbers are adjustable in the spring preload on 7 positions and are connected to the resistant aluminum swingarm obtained with a single casting. The size of the rims increases by 1" both at the front and at the rear. At the front the 15" rim is fitted with a 120/70-15 M/C 56S tyre, at the rear the 14" rim is fitted with a 140/70-14 M/C 68S. The result is a higher level of grip and directionality and better braking qualities. The original equipment tires are Pirelli Diablo Scooter. The braking system is powerful and modular, with a 256 mm front disc and 2-piston caliper, and a 240 mm rear disc with a single-piston caliper. ABS is obviously standard and guarantees safe braking on all types of surfaces.

The new Forza 300 features the same one engine 279 cc single overhead camshaft (SOHC) 4-valve, liquid-cooled electronic injection engine of the legendary SH300i, but with optimized delivery characteristics thanks to numerous interventions mainly concentrated on ducts, distribution and ignition. The result is a pleasant and lively drive at any speed and excellent fuel efficiency. There maximum power is 25,2 HP (18,5 kW) at 7.000 rpm, with a torque of 27,2 Nm at 5.750 rpm. The reduction of weight improves the performance of the new Forza 12 by as much as 300 kg: it accelerates from 0 to 200 meters in 11,1 seconds while the actual maximum speed is 129 km/h, i.e. 0,3 seconds quicker and 2 km/h faster faster than the previous model. Fuel consumption improves slightly, now at 31 km/l on the WMTC average cycle (compared to 30,8 km/l previously). The fuel tank has a capacity of 11,5 litres, for a potential range of over 350 km.
