Honda CMX1100 Rebel it is recognizable by a classic and distinctive appearance that recalls the specimens “bobbers”, along with innovative features.

Technique and technology

The motorcycle is equipped with a steel tube frame which is associated with a 43 mm cartridge fork and piggy-back shock absorbers. The indicated set-up is comfortable but also consistent to support dynamism. The braking system includes a 330 mm front disc and four-piston radial-mount caliper. The saddle is placed at 700 mm from the ground, functional together with the weight of 233 kg with full tank, according to the indications, in addition to the smooth action of the six-speed DCT dual clutch gearbox.
This new example, equipped with a larger heart of the 1100 segment and technological contents, is flanked by the more compact twin-cylinder CMX500 Rebel aimed at A2 driving license holders.
A circular light cluster equipped with LED lights stands out in the front area, while in the rear area there is a white lens as a reference to the customization panorama. There is also a compact LCD display with negative backlighting and steel mudguards on large section rims and tyres.
The overview of systems includes: DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission), Cruise Control, TBW (Throttle By Wire) throttle control and four Riding Modes (one of which is customisable), anti-wheelie system and three levels of HSTC traction control ( Honda Selectable Torque Control).

The engine is a parallel twin 1.084 cc, as on CRF1100L Africa Twin, with a series of measures to accentuate the smoothness of the delivery at low and medium speeds, taking up the information. The power amounts to 87 horses while the peak torque is 98 Nm.
