Technological features

Typical style from “bobbers”, with a classic aesthetic with innovative and refined aspects. A new example alongside the more compact twin-cylinder CMX500 Rebel aimed at A2 driving license holders.
The traits remain essential with a typical low saddle placed at 700 millimeters tall, but with a larger heart of the 1100 segment and functional technological contents.
Together with the minimalist and muscular vision at the same time, a circular front light cluster equipped with LED lights stands out. LED , a rear light with a white lens as a reference to the customization panorama, a LCD display compact with negative backlighting, therefore steel mudguards on large section rims and tyres.
The technological proposal is also varied, considering a solution DCT (Dual Clutch Transmission), one throttle control TBW (Throttle By Wire) e four Riding Modes (one of which is customizable), Cruise Control, anti-wheelie system and three levels of traction control HSTC extension (Honda Selectable Torque Control).

Technology

The specimen has a tubular steel frame which is associated with a 43 mm cartridge fork and piggy-back shock absorbers. We note a comfortable but also consistent set-up from a dynamic point of view. The braking system includes a 330 mm front disc and four-piston radial-mount caliper. In addition to the aforementioned height of the saddle, the weight is also functional 233 kg with a full tank, according to the information, to which add the smooth action of the six-speed DCT dual clutch gearbox.

Motor

The heart is one parallel twin da 1.084 cc, as on CRF1100L Africa Twin, but with a series of measures to accentuate the smoothness of the delivery at low and medium speeds, as indicated. He proposes 87 horses of power and a peak torque of 98 Nm, highlighted by dark or more acute tones depending on the regime.
