The new Honda CL500 is offered in Italy in different colours Matt Gunpowder Black Metallic e Matt Laurel Green Metallic.
It is equipped with a tubular steel frame, defined in its imposition and rigidity for this specimen. The chassis features extended travel suspension, a telescopic fork with 41 mm stanchions and preload-adjustable shock absorbers. The wheel rims are from 19 inches in the front area and from 17 inches in the rear one and are fitted with semi-knobby tyres.

To the parallel twin-cylinder Honda engine 471 cc, already present on the 500 cc models signed by the Japanese brand, is combined with a six-speed gearbox. It can also be driven by holders of an A2 license because it falls within the power margin of the 35 kW. It differs from the units found on the other models in the 500 cc range due to the ECU mappings and the shorter final drive, as indicated previously.
This bike is designed for those young motorcyclists looking for a scrambler versatile and easy to drive along daily journeys, even being able to tackle dirt roads.
Among the design elements, the round headlight with 4 LED lamps, the rounded tank, the terminal area and the double outlet exhaust system with a perforated steel heat-resistant bulkhead stand out. There are also: a high and wide handlebar, rubber bellows on the fork legs, compact LED directional indicators, digital instrumentation, bumpers on the tank recesses and a welcoming saddle with the Honda logo.
