Versatility and 35 kW of power

The evolved example of Honda CB500X, the compact Adventure Bike of the Japanese brand, is present together with the new CB500F and CBR500R on the occasion of the 78th edition of EICMA, the International Two Wheel Exhibition.

The newness

The evolution is above all technical, considering the adoption of one in the frontal area Showa SFF-BP 41mm upside down fork and new aluminum rims. A motorcycle with small dimensions and features for enthusiasts looking for a versatile model that can be driven with an A2 licence.
This example, like the others already mentioned, is equipped with a lighter swingarm with greater torsional rigidity, as well as increased lateral flexibility, for easier handling and grip.
Also highlighted is the adoption of double 296 mm front discs and Nissin radial mount calipers.

The compact twin cylinder engine is characterized by updates in the settings of thePGM-FI electronic injection, as reported, accentuating the torque delivery to offer liveliness of movement. The maximum power remains at 35 kW o 48 horses at 8.600 rpm with 43 Nm of maximum torque at 6.500 rpm.
